Once again there are a lot of things that happened within the UDB. Some members have left the Posse for various reasons. But of course we keep going on and we are just getting stronger and closer!

As you perhaps have followed in this forum-topic, Erwin and Martijn (with friends) went to America for the 'VW Classic week'. They saw a lot of awesome rides, have great stories and photos! You can check it out on our forum!

Budel 2008, again we had a great time on Holland's biggest show of the year! A beautiful UDB line-up and of course Clemens his NOSback is ready and immediately won a price on it's first show!
Clemens congratulations on your first prize in the category 'Best Type-3' and Niels with the 2nd prize in the category 'Rat- / Primerlook'!

Also on our forums and in the Gallery the "UDB Projects":
- Clemens aka 62notchback just finished his '62 NOSback!
- Richard aka Restolooker who is working on his early '55 oval ragtop! Wich is gonna be a killer!
- Martijn aka Aircooled is working on his '50 split bug with airride!
- Erwin aka Volksfahrer's '66 splitbus project continues.
- Niels aka AirMighty is gonna get his hands dirty again on his '53 Barndoor, and allready got himself a future project...

These are a couple of shows we are gonna visit this year: European Bug-In, VW Bug Show (fka Spa), DDD#6... and wo knows where we will end up... so see you around!

What a year we had... saw a lot of shows, did a lot of work on our rides and hope to finish them this or next season.

Three of our members Martijn, Erwin and Léon are gonna check out the "VW Classic Week" in So-Cal this year! And besides that we are gonna visit a lot of big european shows like the VolksWorld Show, May Kafertreffen in Hannover and the DFL cruise the night before that, Budel, European Bug-In, VW Bug Show (fka Spa)... and many, many more! Two of our members Kai and Oskar are gonna check out the "VW Classic Week" in So-Cal this year! They will stay there for two weeks... enjoy yourselves guy's!!

The UDB is introducing five new members to the posse!
Richard a.k.a. Restolooker, Robert a.k.a. Tobbert, Bob a.k.a. Airtime, Bart a.k.a. Bee and Joop a.k.a. VWBoesie... they where selected and they have proved themselves to be very good friends for the last years!
They will get acces to the UDB priviledges and will be able to posts pictures in our gallery... so you will meet, hear and see more from them soon!

Other news: UDB will be at the Volks Wolld Show in less that 2 weeks allready... be prepared for another Dutch invasion!

Mmmm... we have been busy lately but her is some new UDB-News:
Friday November 17th we are going out snowboarding with the Posse and close friends!
1st UDBoarding will be a fact!

Congratulations to the first UDB couple, the newlyweds Erwin and Githa Stok!
In other words Mr. & Mrs. Keverpech... :D They got married last friday (07-07-2006)!

We had an awesome time at the VW Classic week in So-Cal and after that we drove straight to Hollands biggest and greatest show Budel... we had a blast!
At Budel we met Anders-DK from MIB, very nice meeting you it's all about the connections.
We also have a new movie online, be sure to check that one out!

Finally... only a couple of days to go before we leave for the VW Classic Week in So-Cal!
We will stay there with Johnny from the BDM and will check out a lot of aircooled VW shows. Shows like the DKP Nightcruise, O.C.T.O., the VW Classics and more... keep your eyes open on our gallery beacose we will upload some pictures during those weeks (week 22, 23 & 24)!

Introducing Clemens a.k.a. 62notchback he's now officially a member of the UDB!
He is one of the owners of the VA-shop and has a great collection of rides. Keep him in mind!

Another movie online, check out Leon and Erwin rollin' in their slammed rides at an 'Keversite' meeting in de Meern. Yes Johnny that's in Utrecht! ;)

The UDB's on national television... at least that was what we hoped to see on our television on the 25th of february but they didn't broadcast it?!? But from our secret source we heard that it will be on national television on the 18th of March at 8 o'clock on RTL-7! So be sure to check it out!

Keep your eyes open for the program "Autoexperience" on RTL. Tim and Tom Coronel will be driving a New-Beetle and an old (read UDB) ride!
This will take place tomorrow at PON's Automobile in Leusden. Ofcourse we will take pictures... so be sure to check them out in our Gallery!
